Terms of use
Last updated 7 November 2026 · Version française
This is a translation. If it differs from the French version, the French version prevails.
What this covers
These terms cover the use of EarRush, a music quiz where you name songs from short clips: solo, online against other players, or in live games run by a host. By playing, you accept them.
Minimum age
You must be 15 or older to play. Under 15, you may only play with the agreement of a parent or guardian, who accepts these terms on your behalf.
Your account
You can play as a guest: an account is created for you and kept in a cookie in your browser. You can also sign in with Google to use your account on several devices.
You are responsible for how your account is used. A nickname must not impersonate someone or be insulting, hateful or sexual; we may change or remove it.
Game rules
- The server keeps the time and counts the points; its results are final.
- No cheating: no scripts, bots, automation, getting around the limits or exploiting bugs. Suspicious games can be removed from the leaderboard.
- Leaderboards show your nickname, country and scores.
- In a live game, the host picks the songs and can remove a player.
Free plan and Premium
The free plan includes 3 games a day, solo and online together (reset every day at midnight), a selection of themes, and live games of up to 5 players. Premium removes these limits; the terms of sale cover buying it.
Song clips stay free for everyone: Premium sells game features only, never music.
A gifted Premium code is personal, has no cash value, and cannot be sold or exchanged.
Availability
The game is provided as is. We do our best to keep it running, but it may be interrupted, for example when Apple's music catalog is unavailable. Modes, themes and songs may change.
Suspension
We may suspend or delete an account for cheating, abuse or breaking these terms. You can stop playing and ask us to delete your data at any time.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the date at the top of the page shows the last change. French law applies. If there is a dispute, contact us first so we can try to settle it amicably.
